Consultations
All services begin with a paid consultation call. Consultation investments are non-refundable. The consultation cost is included in the service price and goes toward that balance.
Final Sales
Once a service is received and approved by the client, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for submitting raw footage, brand assets, and any required materials on time. Delays in receiving materials may extend delivery timelines. The Brand Transformation is intended for creators ready to record immediately and have content sent over.

Client growth results and examples of completed work may be featured on the Shardaé Luxe Media website and social media channels.
